It seem’s as though this really is 50 Cent at the stage “before he self-destructs”. The video is about 13 minutes long and 50 Cent touches upon topics such as not wanting to push back his upcoming album like Lil Wayne did in order to generate anticipation, why T.O.S. did not sell many records and why he expected the album to do better. Oh and he also says that Young Buck is old news, he actually focuses more on his Baby Momma Drama more than dude which i think should be his first priority anyways.

Alright so let me put things in perspective for yall. “Beg For Mercy” sold 377k in the first week when it was released in 2003. Now Lil Wayne was #1 last week with 156k sold (and its been 4 weeks since his album came out). So G-Unit has managed to debut with 102k sold records to be 4th on the charts this week. Who is to blame for such bad numbers? Im not sure.. i think that there hasn’t been a single that people have been hooked on from the album. I also think that with the departure of Young Buck they lost some fans and lost sales. I still think the album is good and they delivered more than i was expecting. So now all eyes on 50 Cent and his upcoming solo album “Before I Self Destruct”.

I totally agree with the way 50 answers to this situation and im actually surprised by how he goes about it. I thought dude would just either not answer the question or be totally open about who it was intended for but he actually said it like it is… he’s an artist and he is only expressing his opinion about a situation that other ppl may feel the same about which creates controversy which is a good thing for rappers these days if you didn’t already know.
